Immerse in a delectable “Ukiyo” Afternoon Tea experience in Royale from 2pm to 5pm. Inspired by the Japanese term used to describe the urban lifestyle and culture, Ukiyo embodies mindfulness without stress. Making this a perfect balm for the modern era. With this in mind, the refreshed afternoon tea menu invite guests on a journey to experience a little taste of Japan with small bites, pastries, and desserts that pay homage to the flavours of the East with an infusion of culinary accents of the West.

Elegantly presented in a three-tier display, the menu comprises of six contemporary sweet and savoury delicacies specially handcrafted by the culinary team. Savoury highlights include Chicken Katsu Sando Wrap and Nordic Smoked Salmon with Avocado relish and Hokkaido Corn Blinis.  Feast alongside decadent sweet treats such as a luscious Matcha Mosaic Cheese Cake in shot glass, as well as a dense moist Multi Grain Financier, freshly baked Earl Grey Scones, served alongside homemade Berries confiture and clotted cream.

Pair these with a selection of healthier teas or freshly brewed coffee for a complete teatime affair.
