Royale at Mercure Singapore Bugis offers a maritime feast of seafood specialties on every Friday and Saturday evening only.
The buffet menu is rotated to showcase over 50 different items including Boston Lobsters prepared in various style and seafood such as Belgium Black Mussels and freshly shucked oysters.
The buffet also boasts a delectable range of salads, platters, gourmet cheese board to bread basket, pasta stations, carving meats, hot soups and selections.
Take your pick from the dessert selection such as assorted Peranakan sweets, Chocolate Fondue and Hot Selections. Pair your scoop of Ice Cream with cookies crumbles or waffle crisp!
To complement the feast, enjoy a glass of free-flowing Champagne or White Wine at $58++.
Available for dinner on Friday and Saturday from 6pm to 10pm.
