Royale at Mercure Singapore Bugis commemorates Mother’s Day with a brunch buffet by Executive Chef Andrew Tharm and his culinary team.
On this special occasion, expect offerings such as Alaskan Snow Crab Legs prepared in two ways, Oysters and Purple Scallops freshly served on ice. The treat for mum also comprises garden salad bar, platters, cheese board, bread rolls, pasta, congee, noodles, and more. Make space for the classic Cherry Jubilee Crepes served personally to your table on the push-around food trolley.
Toast to your amazing mum with a glass of free-flowing Champagne, Sparkling Wine or Sangria punch from $68++.
